Privacy notice

Clear terms for your waitlist signup.

Cohand currently collects very little on the public site. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you enter and use a small amount of local browser storage so this page does not keep asking you the same things.

Scope

What this notice covers

This notice covers the public Cohand website and the waitlist form. It does not yet cover the full product or any future customer workspace features.

Data we collect

What we store

If you choose to join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. In your browser, we also store a small local record of that email and that you acknowledged the storage notice so we do not ask for the same information again.

Why we use it

How we use your information

We use your email to manage the waitlist, send access invitations, and send related Cohand launch updates tied to that signup. We use local browser storage only to remember what you already entered or acknowledged on this page.

Legal basis

Why we are allowed to process it

For the waitlist email, we rely on your consent because you choose whether to submit the form. For the limited local browser storage on this page, we use it only for essential site behaviour linked to that interaction.

Sharing

Who may receive it

Your data is handled through the service providers we use to run the website and store waitlist entries. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the landing page for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Retention

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until they are no longer needed for the waitlist and related launch communication, unless you ask us to remove your email sooner. The local browser entries stay on your device until you clear them or your browser storage is reset.

Your choices

What you can do

You do not have to join the waitlist. You can clear the local browser storage at any time in your browser settings, and you can ask us to remove your waitlist email by replying to a Cohand email you receive from us.

Practical note

This page describes the public waitlist flow as it exists today.

If the data we collect or the way we use it changes, this notice should be updated before that new behaviour goes live.
